- This competition is open to all secondary school teachers in the UK. Employees of the Eden Project, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with this competition may not enter.
- The prize is for a day workshop at Eden project for a secondary school class of up to 35 secondary school students and 3 accompanying adults (one of whom must be the winning teacher) with a nights accommodation and journey to and from Cornwall. Supply cover costs for 1 day will also be paid.
- Supply cover invoice to be submitted to the Eden Project for payment.
- 2-day coach hire invoice for agreed journeys to and from the Eden Project and Woodland Valley Farm to be submitted to the Eden Project for payment.
- The prize does not include insurance, food and drink other than at the Eden Project and Woodland Valley, personal expenditure or incidental costs other than where mentioned.

It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure all members of the party have travel insurance and an adult:child ratio of 1:10.
- All entries must be received by midnight on 30 April 2010. Entries are restricted to one per person.
- No purchase necessary. A winner will be chosen at random and notified by 10 May 2010. Trip date to be confirmed by 31 May 2010. The prize must be taken by Friday 23 July 2010.
- All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives. Any amendments or additions to the stated prize (i.e. the addition of extra party members) are to be paid for by the winner.
- The winners will be required to participate in publicity.
- The winner's name and county can be obtained by sending a SAE to: Real Cool Futures School Trip Competition, Eden Project, Bodelva, Cornwall, PL24 2SG.
- Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.
